Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge for all services as a missed-appointment fee. The specialist will wait 10 minutes; after that, the appointment will be considered a "No-Show" and will be cancelled. In the event of a "No-Show," in which the client does not show up, fails to cancel the appointment, or fails to reschedule beforehand, a 100% charge will be applied to the credit card on file for all booked services.
